Tulelake Irrigation District well water level report 11/4/11 Tulelake Irrigation District's Water Management Plan, 10/10/11, was drafted by MBK engineers. p 15: "A 1998 Reclamation draft report...determined the overall effective efficiency of the Lower Klamath Basin as a whole is between 90 and 95 percent. The efficiency is a result of available tailwater and lateral losses for uses within the Project. This report concluded that little could be gained through increased on‐farm efficiency within the Project area. The report also stated that careful consideration should be taken prior to implementing various water use efficiency measures since they would reduce supplies to downstream water users; and therefore, potentially impact and reduce the overall Project efficiency." KBC NOTE: This document including maps gives the reader a general idea of the history, layout, and efficiency of the Klamath Project. 10/8/11:

Tulelake Irrigation District Agenda of 9/12/11 meeting: groundwater management plan, KBRA validation lawsuit stipulation, ....The board approved both of those issues. The public was not allowed to see the stipulation for Judgement Case. Tulelake Irrigation District hollared at those expressing concerns about the groundwater management plan at public meeting #1, by KBC, posted to KBC 9/3/11. KBC NOTE: The management plan is mandated in the KBRA / Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement On Project plan. Tulelake Irrigation District will be developing an On-Project Ground Water Management Plan. Public Hearing August 29th, 9 a.m. This is a mandate in the KBRA. FOLLOWED BY AB 3030. "They must publish the resolution of intention." KBC NOTE: TID put this notice in the Herald and News amongst the legal section in back of the paper. It was not send to landowners or irrigators. tentatively approve the KBRA and Klamath Hydroelectric
Agreements. The first public input meeting will be
1/21/10. They did not attend the public input meeting in
Klamath Falls, and evidently they deem the wishes of their
constituents unimportant.
