KBC NOTE: We despise the condescending and rude comments of the H&N editors toward Senator Whitsett and the 1850 people who dared to sign opposition to the KBRA, including Karuk tribal members, on and off Project citizens, and Siskiyou County. Nearly 98% of those who voted November 2008 supported Senator Whitsett's re-election as their Oregon State Senator in the five county District 28. He represents the PEOPLE of the Klamath Basin. The H&N apparently represents the selected 26 people welcomed at the closed-door meetings crafting an agreement while preventing the constituencies to know what rights are being bartered.
