OSU issues water management report on Klamath Basin to be discussed, 
The meeting will be held at the Klamath County Extension Office at 3328 Vandenburg Rd, Klamath Falls, and will run from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Come early, as an alternate location probably may take place due to space considerations.   KBC staff report, 12/17  see story
