COMMITTEE ACTION

The Committee on Resources met in open markup session on Thursday, September 22, 2005, and took the following action:

H.R. 3824, To amend and reauthorize the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to provide greater
results conserving and recovering listed species, and for other purposes. “Threatened and
Endangered Species Recovery Act of 2005”

Motion favorably reporting HR 3824 to the House of Representatives, as amended, by a Roll Call
Vote of 26 Yeas, and 12 Nays.
