"That bar was bought for the liquor license so they could transfer it to the casino in Yreka when it was complete. the place was ok until we realized it was falling apart the manager was stealing ect oh my the place floods then when it couldn't hold its own head above water and have no money to put in that then we held out through the summer then closed due to the fact that when your name is smeared it doesn't work well. yes if the tribe had the money to fix that place I would love to my mother-in-law would love to see bands in there and it full again but the tribe had one purpose for it. then because of the fight Phil and Wendy also tried to pull the liquor license from the corner club in Montague got that shut down and there was no money to operate people were effected by that plus now the construction company is shut down more people effected people are getting fired over in Modoc because of this flip flop after 3 years more people are harmed.
