Letter from Stephen Koshy, Civil Engineer, Scientist and Administrator, to KBC News regarding devastating consequences of Klamath dam removal, 12/27/2012. "The DOI engineers on the project to breach the earth dams were not earth dam experts, but a hydraulic engineer and a concrete engineering expert according to my memory. This is a serious error. On the consultants, part also I couldn't see any earth dam experts in the project report's names given."
